In the unlikely event of damage upon delivery, The Board Source is committed to resolving the issue promptly. To facilitate a smooth resolution process, customers must adhere to the following guidelines:

Inspect Upon Delivery: Immediately inspect the contents of the box upon delivery. If damage is detected:

Report to your delivery driver: If external damage to the box is visible please report the damage to your delivery driver.

Notify Us: Contact us info@theboardsource.com promptly to report the damage.

Retain Packaging: Keep the box and all its contents.

Submit Documentation: Email info@theboardsource.com with clear photos of the damaged board and packaging. We require photos of all inner packaging and all 6 sides of the box, including a readable shipping label.
You claim for damage reimbursement will not be processed until photos of the external box are received.

Resolution Options: The Board Source will determine available resolution options.

Timely Claims: Claims must be made within 48hrs of delivery.
Options for Damaged Boards:
- For minor damage, we cover 100% of estimated repair costs or provide a repair kit at no charge if they are comfortable with fixing the damage themselves.
- For major damage affecting structural integrity or performance, we cover estimated repair costs.
- If a board is beyond repair, we arrange for its return and offer a credit, or refund.
