REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Surfboards

Surfboards purchased are not eligible for return, and all surfboard sales are FINAL.  All Cancelled online orders before collection/shipping are subject to a 3% re-stocking fee.

Once a surfboard has been marked as shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Surf Accessories
Surf Accessories can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • If you need to return a surf accessory, please make sure it is in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return, and you’ll need to provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, or the original credit/debit card used if you don’t have a receipt.

  • To start the return process, you can bring your return/exchange to our showroom, or contact us at info@theboardsource.com with your return request. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on surfboards, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To quickly receive the item you want, we recommend returning the original item first. Once we accept the return, you can then make a new purchase for the desired item.

Mis-ships / Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item – we sincerely apologize. Please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. For Surfboard issues or damage during shipment please contact us immediately upon receipt of your item so that we can work with you to resolve.
