Description: Shaped by Jeff “Doc” Lausch of Surf Prescriptions Surfboards. The Bushwacker is like a performance egg, but with a pulled-in nose and tail making it look much more like a shortboard. These characteristics make it easy to surf and paddle but with a shape that works in much bigger and steeper conditions, holding rail much more than a traditional egg. When I first started making the Bushwacker, it was considered an alternative board in soft waves for a beginner to an intermediate rider. Then it became clear this board is so so much more! Experienced surfers love this board as it catches waves easily, and they can still rip it hard off the tail.
